Among the Masonic virtues practiced by the members of the Craft, Service stands as a cornerstone. Whether participating in events, fundraising for a worthy cause, or volunteering for public or community organizations, Service is at the very heart of Freemasonry. Our members make valuable contributions by donating time, resources, and skills.
Service, like Charity, suffereth long and is kind; Charity envieth not, Charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly; seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil, rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Kindness and serving others are deeply ingrained within the principles of Freemasonry and the organization provides the structure for members to make positive contributions to their communities and various causes.
